In theory if we have your fixings in stock we can do it same day but ideally we would like 2 -7 days’ notice. And in holiday times you really need to be booking as soon as you have your dates for traveling.
All we need to know is your car registration and we can tell you if there is a fixing kit available. In reality we can fit 99% of standard UK cars.
All of our boxes are either Thule or Mont Blanc and are waterproof and lockable. They are made of abs plastic and have undergone rigorous crash testing.
No we do not take security deposits.
We need an up to date Driving Licence with your current address and a recent (less than 3 months old) Utility Bill. We will take copies of each but these will be destroyed once you return the equipment.
At 450 litres (you can order smaller) our standard roof box is slightly bigger than the boot of a medium sized car. The general idea is to fill the Roof Box with softer clothes and free up your boot for heavier items.
Absolutely we are happy to sit them down give them a drink and colouring books etc or if they are our kids age they can get onto their phones via our Free WiFi.
